After working as a lawyer at SANOFI (pharmaceutical company), Charlotte COBLENCE-FOUQUÉ became a registered lawyer at the Paris Bar in 2008.
She worked as an associate in two business law firms: Cabinet DMMS and Cabinet GINESTIÉ MAGELLAN PALEY-VINCENT, in the Health Law department, before founding her own firm.
After 10 years of practice, Charlotte COBLENCE-FOUQUÉ founded her individual firm in 2019 in health law, pharmaceutical law, personal injury and disability law. Profile
Charlotte COBLENCE-FOUQUÉ supports healthcare professionals, including health professionals, medical or medical-social establishments, pharmaceutical or biology laboratories, on all regulatory issues.
She helps them draft and/or negotiate their contracts and company bylaws until they are registered by the regulatory bodies.
She defends these same healthcare professionals before civil, criminal and administrative courts, including disciplinary courts at professional councils.
She regularly works for associations, foundations, professional unions in the health sector, healthcare structures, manufacturers of medical devices or innovative companies in the context of the creation and/or development of their health projects (telemedicine, e-health, etc.)
She also assists victims of serious injuries (medical accidents, traffic accidents, accidents of daily life, contaminated blood, side effects due to vaccination, etc.) or in case of liability for defective products.
Charlotte COBLENCE-FOUQUÉ regularly leads training courses in her field of activity, particularly for healthcare establishments in health law. Education
